Central Florida Focused Football (F3) was founded with one mission: to develop disciplined, confident, and football-smart athletes through elite coaching and purposeful training. Our Sunday-only programs are designed specifically for tackle football players ages 7 through high school seniors who are serious about improving their game. Every workout focuses on position-specific techniques, speed and agility development, football IQ, and the fundamentals that translate directly to success on the field. We believe that true development comes from quality instruction, repetition, and attention to detail—not just running drills.
At F3, we're building more than better football players—we're building future leaders. Led by former Division I recruit Tah'shim Knight, our program combines real playing experience with a passion for mentoring the next generation. Every athlete is challenged to compete with discipline, embrace accountability, and develop the confidence needed to perform under pressure. mEET tHE fOUNDER
Who We Are
​My name is Tah'shim Knight, and football has been the foundation of my life both on and off the field. I was a four-year varsity starter at Northside Christian (2013–2017), earning Pinellas County All-Star honors and serving as a Blue-Grey All-American Team Captain in 2017. During my recruiting process, I received 18 NCAA Division I scholarship offers from programs across the country. Throughout my career, I competed alongside and against many athletes who went on to play at major Division I programs and beyond, giving me firsthand experience at the highest levels of high school competition. Today, I use that experience to develop the next generation of athletes as the founder of Central Florida Focused Football (F3), a Blue-Grey All-American linebacker coach under Head Coach Ken Stills, and the Defensive Coordinator for Childs Park 14U in St. Petersburg, Florida. My mission is to help young athletes maximize their potential by teaching elite fundamentals, football IQ, discipline, and the mindset required to succeed both on the field and in life.
